Enterprise takes place before the birth of the Federation, but throughout the series, the seeds of the Federation are sewn. Our drink menu for Star Trek Enterprise has one drink for each of the founders of the Federation.

Kumari Ale – Andorian

Blue aliens with white or silver hair, hailing from an ice moon. This species is known for being fierce warriors and hold a high value on family. This drink is an attempt to create an Andorian Ale.

  • 1.5-Ounces Rum
  • 0.75-Ounce Blue Curacao liqueur
  • 0.5-Ounce Cream de coconut
  • 1-Ounce Pineapple juice
  • Lemon Lime soda

Add all ingredients except the soda to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a pint glass with ice, fill with Lemon-Lime soda.

Mud Bath – Tellerite

These porcine humanoids were known to be impatient and stubborn. Their propensity to argue made them excellent politicians. They were known to take mud baths which have inspired this drink.

  • 1.5-Ounces Whiskey
  • 1.5-Ounces Coffee liqueur
  • 1-Ounce Irish cream liqueur

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice.

P’Jem Port – Vulcan

While the Vulcans are often not seen drinking, they do have alcohol, such as a Port and Brandy. Known mostly as a coldly logical species, this drink pairs well with the desert weather of Vulcan.

  • 1-Ounce Ruby Port
  • 1-Ounce Vodka
  • 2-Ounces Lemon juice
  • 0.5-Ounce Simple syrup

Add ingredients to a pint glass with ice, stir to mix.

The Good Stuff – Human

To honor the inventor of the Warp Drive, Zefram Cochrane who was known to enjoy drinking at the Crash-n-Burn Bar where he developed his ship the Phoenix, this drink combines the energy and get it done mentality of the time.

  • 1.5-Ounces Anejo Tequila
  • 1.5-Ounces Bourbon Whiskey
  • 0.75-Ounces Simple Syrup
  • 2 Dashes Orange bitters

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into an old-fashioned glass with ice.
