Stranded on the other side of the galaxy in the Delta Quadrant, the crew of the USS Voyager made their way home while cut off from the Federation. Dealing with all the dangers of space travel while navigating unknown space led to its problems. This drink menu is a little slice of the adventures of this little ship that could.


Borg Inebriation Beverage 74656

Assimilating many species, the Borg have added many species to their hive mind. This drink from one of their victim species is guaranteed to disconnect you from the collective.

  • 1-ounce light rum
  • 1-ounce dark rum
  • 1-ounce orange curaçao liqueur
  • 1.5-ounce passion fruit syrup
  • 1.5-ounce orange juice
  • 0.5-ounce lemon juice
  • 0.5-ounce lime juice
  • 0.25-ounce grenadine
  • 2 dashes aromatic bitters
  • 0.5-ounce 151 rum

Add ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice, except the 151 rum. Shake and strain in a hurricane glass with ice. Float 151 rum in the cocktail.

Kazon Kooler

Kazon is Voyager’s equivalent of street gangs. These adversaries have commandeered technologies and each sect controls a specific resource as they squabble for dominance. This cooler is the perfect finish to a long day of squabbling.

  • 1-ounce white rum
  • 0.5-ounce peach Schnapp’s
  • 0.5-ounce Dark rum
  • 2-ounce orange juice
  • 0.5-ounce Grenadine
  • Lemon-lime soda

Add alcohols and orange juice to a cocktail mixer with ice. Shake and strain into a pint glass with ice. Fill with lemon-lime soda.

Hirogen Hunter

The Hirogen are a Star Trek version of the Predators from the movie franchise of the same name. These aliens are obsessed with hunting sentient prey and try at various times to turn crewmembers of the USS Voyager into trophies. Try this cocktail made with Jägermeister, which means “Master Hunter”, to honor these hunters.

  • 1-ounce coconut rum
  • 1 ounce Jägermeister
  • 1-ounce pineapple juice
  • Orange slice

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Malon Industrial Byproduct

Producing six billion isotons per day of this stuff the Malon are always searching for places to dump this stuff. If they had only thought to serve it on ice.

  • 0.5-ounce Melon liqueur
  • 0.5-ounce 151 rum
  • 0.5-ounce Pineapple juice

Add all the ingredients to a cocktail shaker with ice. Shake and strain into a rocks glass with ice.

Satan’s Robot

While being stuck in the holodeck by photonic lifeforms, this 1930’s robot was part of the Doctor’s Chaotica’s evil forces. Celebrate the terror that is this boiler with appendages with this wild boilermaker variation, sure to live up to the name.

  • Tequila Añejo

Pour the tequila into a shot glass. Pour half a bottle of Negro Modelo into a pint glass. Drop the shot glass into the pint glass and drink!

Talaxian Tonic

In the tale of Voyager, the Talaxian guild/cook Neelix was an essential part of the crew. Often crafting indigenous versions of traditional food and beverages. This improvisation informs our take on the classic gin and tonic.

  • 1.5-ounces Mount Gay rum
  • 0.5-ounce Cointreau
  • 0.5-ounce lime juice
  • 4-ounces tonic water

Add the rum, Cointreau, and lime juice to a rocks glass with ice. Add tonic to fill and stir.
